My pup story
In 2024 I lost my beloved best friend. She was a smiley 16-year-old puggle named Lucy and had been by my side her whole life. I remember so clearly that in the days following her passing, I wanted to pet every dog I saw (even more than usual). Not knowing how to cope with her loss, I decided to start dog sitting as a way to heal.
That decision turned out to be deeply therapeutic. With each new sit, I began to realize that the care I was giving extended beyond the pup. It also became a way to support and comfort their humans.
Dog care to me, isn’t just about feeding, walking, or playtime. It’s about being present, offering gentle comfort, and creating trust and connection.
A bit more about me
Aside from needing to say hi and pet every dog…
I am a motion graphics designer by trade. I create title design and graphics for entertainment marketing. My career has taken me from NYC to LA, and now Washington state. I continue to work remotely as a freelancer, with the flexibility to travel and work from different locations.
I am also a home owner of an A-frame cabin in Leavenworth, WA. I managed a full interior remodel in 2023/24, and now rent it on Airbnb. I love hosting and sharing the cabin with guests from all over.
